BrightStar Care of Hoboken & Jersey City is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead home care operations in New Jersey. You will assess, plan, and provide compassionate care, manage care staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

This is a part-time role with an hourly rate of $48-$52 to start, with a strong path to full-time based on performance. The ideal candidate holds an NJ RN license, 3+ years' clinical experience, and a commitment to high-quality patient

Qualifikationen

• Current unrestricted RN license in New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with wound care, infusions, catheter care, trach/ventilation care, and medication management.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance.
• Proven ability to supervise and direct nursing staff.

Aufgaben

• Provide care as defined within the scope of New Jersey's Nurse Practice Act (NPA).
• Conduct home/clinical patient care assessments and periodic re-evaluations where the patient is located.
• Create a plan of care for patients based on patient care assessment.
• Prepare clinical progress notes and summaries of care.
• Oversee quality of care and implement improvements within the organization.
• Supervise and coach nursing/care staff.
• Develop, recommend, and administer agency policies and procedures aligned with state healthcare regulations, HIPAA standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee/ensure maintenance of client clinical records and reports for evaluation and regulatory compliance.
