Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching and training to clients in home and work environments.
• Maintain daily notes and documentation per MS Department of Mental Health.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Ensure safe living environments and monitor for hazards.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting, cooking, respect for others, etiquette and social interactions.
• Follow person-centered plans and de-escalate challenging behaviors.
• Document home training activities with date, location, attendees and subject content.
