Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one in-home ABA sessions for children with ASD in High Point, NC, under supervision of BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months), a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's in a related field preferred), 0–2 years' experience with autism, and strong

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field or currently pursuing a degree.
• 0-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a home-based setting and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes, under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address client goals and challenges.
• Collect and record data on client progress as part of ongoing assessment and evaluation.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and families.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company protocols and guidelines.
