Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in Tarboro, NC. You will implement individualized behavioral plans and work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support therapy goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, progress monitoring, and maintaining accurate records while providing compassionate, family-centered care in the child's home environment.

Formación

• RBT certification or commitment to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades
