Job summary

Perfect Performance NOVA in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a Hitting Trainer to work in a data-driven, small-group setting with middle school to professional players. You will report to the Director of Baseball and participate in a comprehensive onboarding covering anatomy, biomechanics, and analytics.

We pursue athletes who are eager to learn and solve complex training challenges, offering onboarding and opportunities for advancement in a premier DMV facility with a modern gym and multiple cages.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching baseball/softball at high school or college level preferred.
• Ability to design and execute hitting programs using data.
• Comfort with administering athlete scheduling and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a great training floor environment.
• Design and execute hitting programs for individual athletes.
• Utilize and interpret data from HitTrax, Blast Motion & High Speed Video.
• Administrative duties: athlete scheduling, progress tracking, hitter presentations.
• Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
