Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfort with frequent physical activity and hands-on coaching.
• Creative problem solving to adapt training to constraints.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized hitting programs based on Driveline's data-driven protocols.
• Utilize biomechanics lab (Launchpad) assessments and research.
• Collaborate with sports science team to optimize outcomes.
• Provide expert coaching across youth to professional levels.
• Maintain detailed progress records and training data.
• Support facility operations and front desk as needed.
