Job summary

Driveline Baseball is seeking a Hitting Coach to join our Kent, WA, Tampa, FL, or Scottsdale, AZ locations. The role focuses on data-driven hitting programs and biomechanics assessment to drive athlete development across youth to professional levels.

You will work with our Hitting Management and Facility Operations teams, integrating training plans with cutting-edge technology while maintaining precise training records and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 season of coaching experience (baseball or strength and conditioning).
• Familiarity with Driveline training methodologies and tools.
• Experience with data analysis/visualization tools in sports performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized hitting programs based on data-driven protocols.
• Utilize biomechanics tech to assess bat path, ball flight, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sports science for training outcomes and research.
• Operate biomechanics lab (Launchpad) for assessments/research.
• Provide coaching to athletes from youth to professional levels in-gym and remotely.
• Maintain records of athlete progress and training data.
• Support daily operations across locations including front desk tasks.
