TOCA Football, Inc. is seeking a part-time D-BAT Trainer for our Indian Trail, NC location. You will deliver one-on-one and small group training, support player development, and help grow our lesson participation.

The role requires flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays, with a focus on client retention and a positive training environment. Prior baseball/softball playing or coaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Playing or coaching experience in baseball or softball (college or higher preferred).
• Passion for coaching, player development, and the game.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage athletes of all ages.
• Ability to build relationships and contribute to client retention and growth.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced training environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Training & Player Development: Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions tailored to player goals.
• Training plans using baseline assessments and ongoing performance tracking.
• Provide coaching feedback to improve skills, confidence, and game performance.
