Job summary

Mission Yogurt, Inc. is opening a new Timberline Steaks & Grille location at the Denver Airport and seeking experienced servers and bartenders. Join our team to deliver quality beverages, table service, and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Paid $16.27 per hour plus tips. Benefits include RTD EcoPass or employee parking and room for professional growth as we prepare for the grand reopening.

Qualifications

• Experience as server and bartender in a high-volume setting.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and seat them appropriately.
• Take and enter orders into POS system promptly.
• Memorize menu and offer recommendations.
• Serve drinks and take bar orders.
• Maintain clean, pre-bus tables and restock as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address issues with management when necessary.
• Verify IDs when serving alcohol.

Mission Yogurt is seeking full-time Servers for Timberline Steaks & Grille, opening soon at the Denver Airport.

Join us for our newest location! We are hiring now in preparation for our upcoming opening. Selected candidates will begin employment on or after November 1, 2026, as we prepare for our grand reopening.

We're looking for experienced, hospitality-driven Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. In this role, you'll serve quality beverages, provide exceptional table service, deliver memorable guest experiences, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and work collaboratively with your team to ensure every guest leaves happy. Job Specific Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS system in a timely fashion.
• Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to dining room guests.
• Provide attentive service to customers by refilling drinks, offering appetizers or desserts, and checking in regularly during meals.
• Make drinks for the restaurant and take orders from guests sitting at the bar.
• Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining room: Pre-bus tables, wipe tables, counters, and chairs, sweep the dining area, and restock items around the restaurant as needed.
• Stock all products needed during and at the end of the shift to ensure the next shift is set for success.
• Offer the best service to guests and ensure guest satisfaction with great quality products and service.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Make certain to check valid identification when serving alcoholic beverages.
• Excited to help develop new concepts and support restaurant culture.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion
