Erie 1 BOCES in West Seneca, NY is seeking a part-time Copy Machine Operator in the Communications Services group to support copy and bindery work of school-related materials.

You will operate Konica-Minolta or other high-speed duplicating equipment, monitor networked jobs, and assist with related production tasks while maintaining supplies and clean work areas. The position offers daytime hours (9:30 AM–1:15 PM) and pays $19.64 per hour, with eligibility for NY State Retirement.

Qualifications

• One year of experience operating high-speed copy machines with digipath production software or similar.

Responsibilities

• Receives materials to be duplicated and assembled (forms, reports, booklets, bulletins, manuals).
• Operates Konica-Minolta or other high-speed duplicating machines.
• Monitors and coordinates jobs networked to duplicating machines.
• Assists with production equipment (paper cutter, hole puncher, binder, trimmer, stapler, folder).
• Requisitions and stores paper and copier supplies.
• Performs minor repairs and keeps area clean and organized.
• Maintains electronic files of jobs and prepares billing for copier requests.
