Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff via security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management.
• Prepare clear incident reports and share information with site personnel.
