Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Police Security Officer in High Point, NC to monitor healthcare facilities, deter security incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, law enforcement license, and compliance with background and drug-screen checks. You will work a night shift schedule, with opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following site policies and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directions, and adherence to site access procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed activities accurately in accordance with site-specific requirements.
