Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Vaccination as required for hospital assignments.
• Ability to restrain individuals as required for hospital assignments.
• At least 2 years of service in healthcare or medical-related field.
• Lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff according to security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and grounds.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and staff activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for leadership.
• Complete detailed reports and maintain activity logs.
