Job summary

Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a part-time, 0.8 FTE role in NICU, Peds/PICU, and RT. Location: On-site, La Crosse. Schedule: Mon–Fri, daytime hours, 7am–5pm.

Starting pay is $16.86/hour plus experience; 32 hours weekly and 0.8 FTE. You will provide exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families, partner with providers and leaders to support care and team success, help with calendar management and meeting minutes, and perform clerical tasks to support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus.
• Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE by delivering exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families.
• Partner with providers, clinical staff, and leaders to support patient care and team success.
• Help with calendar management, meeting prep, and taking meeting minutes!
• A variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
