Responsibilities

• Complete daily rounds to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical and cosmetic repairs.
• Review logs and complete work orders promptly.
• Collaborate with staff to improve resident spaces and facility.
• Assist with moves, repairs, and general maintenance projects.
• Troubleshoot issues to support resident safety and comfort.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility policies.
