HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality must be maintained.
Familiarity with EMR and healthcare software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet patients, families and visitors and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage patient registration, scheduling and check-out processes.
Respond to calls, emails and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate patient records, including demographics and medical information.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, nurses and staff as needed.
Perform administrative tasks such as phones, filing and scanning documents.
Uphold HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality.
