Job summary

The Western Connecticut Mental Health Network seeks a Health Care Analyst to ensure accurate billing and clinical documentation across mental health services in the region. Working part-time (32 hours/week) at the Waterbury office, you will conduct monthly audits, review medical records for compliance, generate reports, and support quality improvement initiatives across three sites.

You will liaise with the DMHAS Commissioner's Office and provide training to support billing and documentation

Qualifications

• Six years of professional experience in financial management with some experience in health care management.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of financial management, accounting, auditing, and budgeting.
• Skills in interpretation and analysis of complex financial, statistical, and technical data.
• Oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to utilize computer software and reporting tools.
