Qualifications

• Six years of professional financial management experience, with health care exposure.
• Substitutions allowed: college training or advanced degrees may offset experience.
• Experience with billing concepts and health care reimbursement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews materials to determine compliance with state statutes and agency regulations.
• Reviews and evaluates financial, utilization and management records for facilities/providers toward various ends.
• Prepares financial, narrative and statistical reports.
• Performs related duties as required.
• Assists in evaluating budget and revenue issues within health care programs.
