Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic handyman and property maintenance tasks.
• Change light bulbs and perform minor fixture maintenance.
• Paint fences and other areas as needed.
• Power-wash trash enclosures and other areas.
• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the property.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Safely operate basic hand tools and equipment.
• Report larger repairs or issues that require a licensed contractor.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions.
