Qualifications

• Previous handyman or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic carpentry and repair skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks (drywall, painting, minor electrical/plumbing).
• Valid California driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
