Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the OT in evaluating patient abilities across activities of daily living.
• Implement treatment to retrain daily living skills and mobility; document progress.
• Plan discharge with home programs and family education; order equipment as directed.
• Complete all required documentation with co-signatures; track patient progress and statistics.
• Maintain clean treatment area and assist with transfer and mobility tasks.
