Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for Illinois state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• Current CPR card.
• Hand Therapy certification preferred or new graduates/therapists interested in outpatient hand therapy setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to all age groups.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain EMR documentation and billing per protocols.
• Supervise students, Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides.
• Manage daily caseload and plan ongoing program evaluations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois
