Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is hiring a Part-Time Occupational Therapist, CHT for our St. Joseph - Surf location. The role focuses on outpatient hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation with collaboration across physicians, therapists, and staff to deliver comprehensive orthopedic care.

Qualified candidates will have Outpatient Hand Therapy experience and an Illinois OT license. IBJI supports professional growth, competitive compensation, mentoring, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Illinois.
• Experience in outpatient hand therapy preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and establish treatment plans.
• Provide hand therapy and upper-extremity rehabilitation.
• Fabricate or dispense upper-extremity orthotics as needed.
• Maintain documentation (Initial Evaluation, Progress, Discharge).
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Mentor Rehab Technicians and supervise students when available.
• Participate in ongoing continuing education and program development.
