Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and evaluates patient abilities affecting ADLs.
• Plans and implements treatment; fabricates splints to improve independence.
• Completes discharge planning and home programs; coordinates with care team.
• Maintains documentation, billing, and adherence to policies.
• Maintains safety, equipment, and infection control standards.
• Performs ongoing assessments and participates in performance improvement.
