Job summary

Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a Part-Time Hand Therapist to join our orthopaedic and therapy team. The clinician will manage an outpatient caseload with autonomy, collaborating closely with board-certified hand surgeons.

Ideal candidates will be working toward or hold a CHT certification, with a strong referral base and access to advanced equipment. Flexible hours and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Arizona Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum 2 years of hand therapy experience.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• CHT credential preferred, or candidates actively working toward CHT certification.
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-education skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with hand and wrist injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain.
• Fabricate custom splints and provide post-operative rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons and therapy colleagues for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
