Select Medical in Casa Grande, AZ seeks a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (OT) to treat upper extremity disorders, including post-op cases, with expert splinting. You’ll collaborate with the regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure resources for success and will be required to hold CHT and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT or PT program.
• Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy (CHT).
• National registration and state licensure required.
• Marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience with custom splinting pre/post-op orthopedic required.
• CPR certification and valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, treat, re-evaluate and discharge hand therapy patients with high-quality care.
• Provide comprehensive, individualized treatment programs.
• Maintain positive relations with facilities and staff; expand client relations.
• Stay current with OT research and apply evidence-based practice.

Location: 1828 E Florence Blvd, Suite 102 Casa Grande, AZ 85122

Incentives: Up to $20K Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Occupational Therapist, to treat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a hand therapist who is skilled in custom splinting. The Certified Hand Therapist will work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have what you need for success. CHT required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
• Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
• Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy
• Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
• National registration and state licensure or registration required
• Previous,demonstrated marketing experience
• Solid experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
• CPR certification
• Valid state driver’s license
