Job summary

Flagstaff Bone & Joint in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a part-time hand therapist to join our collaborative orthopaedic and therapy team. You will work autonomously with a steady outpatient caseload and collaborate with board-certified hand surgeons.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Arizona OT or PT license.
• CHT preferred or pursuing certification.
• Minimum 2 years of hand therapy experience.
• BLS certification (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat hand and wrist patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain.
• Fabricate custom splints and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons and therapy colleagues for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

About the Opportunity

Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a Part‑Time Hand Therapist to join our collaborative orthopaedic and therapy team. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys autonomy, a steady outpatient caseload, and the opportunity to work closely with board‑certified orthopaedic hand surgeons. If the clinician does not currently hold a CHT certificate, the goal is that they will ultimately earn this.

Our integrated therapy department offers a strong referral base, advanced equipment, and a supportive, collegial environment where excellence and patient outcomes are our top priorities.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience and certification

Schedule (there is potential for an increase in hours with the growth of practice)

• Monday: 7 - 11 a.m.
• Wednesday: 7 - 11 a.m.
• Friday: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• Saturday: Potential option in place of Friday
