Qualifications

• Hand therapy experience required or strongly preferred.
• An OT or PT degree from a CAPTE-accredited program is required.
• Licensed or license-eligible in MD/VA/DC for Hand Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations to determine an appropriate course of care.
• Execute and manage the rehabilitation program.
• Construct splints and adaptive equipment for patients.
• Consult with OT/PT colleagues to enhance patient outcomes.
• Communicate with referring physicians as needed.
• Collaborate with support staff and patient service coordinators.
