Hallmark Cards in Centreville, VA is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work independently, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across various retail stores. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.

You’ll support seasonal resets and installations, with flexible 8–10 hour weeks and weekend availability around holidays. Paid training is provided and voluntary benefits are available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a handheld device to read documents and information.
• Have access to Wi-Fi and the internet.
• Have transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across stores; communicate with your supervisor.
• Holiday support: work around seasonal demand with extended hours and some holidays.
• Department resets: assist installations, relocate sections, and be prepared for remodels.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in your territory as needed.
