Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Fillmore, CA to work independently with retailers, manage product placement, and keep shelves stocked while supporting seasonal resets.

You will collaborate with store teams, use a handheld device for inventory and reporting, and travel to assigned stores. The role requires a proactive, energetic approach and flexibility to cover varied hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device.
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock and organize Hallmark products in stores using a handheld device and communicate with a supervisor.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture setup, and rearranging card sections in stores.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers and support teammates as needed in different territories.
