Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work independently in retail locations, maintaining Hallmark product displays, restocking, and tracking inventory while building strong relationships with store teams.

You will support seasonal resets and installations across grocery, department, drug, and mass retailers. The role offers 12–15 hourly hours weekly with flexible scheduling and paid training; applicants must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and weekend work around major holidays.
• Department Resets: installations, fixtures setup, and relocating card departments.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers across territories.
