Job summary

ISONG in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our MIGS-focused gynecology practice. The PA will work part-time (4 or 5 days) in an office setting, independently and with the surgeon on a full spectrum of outpatient gynecologic and wellness care.

This is an ideal role for a clinician who values autonomy, long-term patient relationships, and a high-acuity MIGS population. The ideal candidate has an active PA license, current or eligible for DEA, 1+ years in womens health, and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state license as a Physician Assistant (NCCPA-certified).
• Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• 1+ years of clinical experience in womens health, obstetrics/gynecology, or related field preferred.
• Comfort performing routine gynecologic procedures (pelvic exams, IUD placement, biopsies) or willingness to be trained.
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort with high-acuity surgical patient population.
• Excellent communication skills and compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full daily clinic schedule.

Responsibilities

• See patients independently in the office for a daily schedule of gynecologic visits.
• Conduct new patient intake visits with histories for endometriosis, fibroids, adenomyosis, pelvic pain, AUB.
• Perform pelvic exams, in-office procedures (IUD insertion/removal, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy), and order/interpret labs and imaging.
