Kohler Co. invites applications for a Full-Time Housekeeper with Kohler Hospitality, onsite in Kohler, WI. Responsibilities include following cleaning standards, maintaining high housekeeping standards for our resort properties, and using cleaning tools properly.

You should be 18+ years old with 1–2 years of housekeeping/hospitality experience preferred. The role requires staying on your feet and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a daytime shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Hourly pay starts at $20.

Responsibilities

• Follow established cleaning standards and use appropriate cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for Kohler Hospitality properties.
• Use and care for cleaning tools (squeegees, sticky rollers, etc.).
• Understand assignment board and note early arrivals, late departures, VIPs, and special requests.
• Ensure stay-over and checkout rooms meet hotel standards and personalization where required.

Opportunity

Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Following established cleaning standards, ensuring the proper chemical is used on each surface
  
• Maintaining the highest housekeeping standards established for The American Club, Inn on Woodlake and Riverbend
  
• Being responsible for proper use and care of cleaning tools assigned to you such as squeegees, sticky rollers etc.
  
• Being responsible for understanding assignment board, making a note of early arrivals, late departures, VIPs, special requests etc.
  
• Ensuring all stay over rooms must be cleaned to meet stay over requirements to include personalizing of room, and all checkout rooms must be cleaned to meet hotel standards

This is a Full-Time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1-2 years of Housekeeping or Hospitality experience preferred

• Candidate must tolerate being on their feet for the majority of the day and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

The hourly range for this position is $20.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
