Job summary

Oklahoma Surgical Hospital (OSH) in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a part-time Guest Services Specialist to join our patient-centered team. The role requires assisting patients and visitors, transporting individuals as needed, and staffing the registration desks with a friendly, professional demeanor.

No experience required; high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. Eligible for discretionary quarterly bonuses; a free on-site fitness center is available for staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
• Current BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients, guests, and visitors to the appropriate department within the facility.
• Transport patients from the recovery area to their designated inpatient room.
• Parking visitor vehicles and staffing registration desks.
• Greet and assist patients, guests, and visitors with information and directions.
• Facilitate communication between physicians and patient families.
