Job summary

Bridgestone Arena in Nashville seeks a Part-Time Guest Services Team Member to deliver high-quality guest service during events and games. You will warmly welcome guests, assist in premium areas, and help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include being 18+, having a HS diploma or GED, and eligibility to obtain the TN unarmed security license within 15 days. You must be able to work 75% of events, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must possess or obtain TN Private Protective Services Unarmed Security Guard license within 15 days from start of employment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and 75% of scheduled events.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality guest service and assistance to clients, guests, and other Team Members.
• Inspect assigned work area for safety hazards and report issues.
• Welcome guests with a smile and helpful attitude.
• Work ID checkpoints, access-only areas and seating sections as assigned.
• Monitor area for issues and proactively enhance guest experience.
• Address guest requests or complaints and escalate as needed.
• Identify and report policy violations to supervisors or safety personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of venue layout, staff, and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with Team Members across the facility.
• Attend Gold Standard Service training and perform any assigned duties.
