Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive and provides personal recognition.
• Answer the telephone promptly and assist or transfer as needed.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation and guest data handling.
• Process payments and report cash discrepancies to management.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries in a timely manner.
