Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative at Spark Tucson Airport. This part-time front desk role focuses on greeting guests, managing check-ins, handling inquiries, and delivering high-quality service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will be part of a team that values hospitality, integrity, and guest satisfaction. The position offers flexible hours, daily pay options, and a supportive environment within a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Standing to greet guests as they arrive, with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed.
• Count bank at beginning and end of shift; ensure proper cash handling and report any over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with washing and folding laundry as needed.
• Must be able to push, pull, and carry at least 25lbs.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data with proper procedures.
• Follow checkout/check-in checklists and collect IDs and payment methods.
