Job summary

Story Land in New Hampshire is seeking a Security Agent to help keep guests and hosts safe across park and dorm properties. You’ll enforce rules, monitor assets, and respond calmly to incidents while using cameras, radios, and access systems.

This role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Prior security experience and a valid NH driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year security experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; bilingual skills a plus.
• NH driver’s license with good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Park and Dorm rules and regulations.
• Monitor assets to ensure guest and host safety.
• Maintain vigilance at assigned location and report issues promptly to leadership.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and communications are clear.
• Monitor resident safety and report conflicts to supervisor.
• Document incidents in the residence hall for HR in a timely manner.
• Handle emergencies calmly and manage crowd control when needed.
• Communicate with park departments and operate security systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
