Job summary

Water Country NH is seeking a Park Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Park Services team and related departments. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across the park.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in parks or housekeeping, strong customer service skills, and a high attention to detail. A valid driver’s license and flexible scheduling are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; and relevant park service experience.
• Experience supervising teams in parks, grounds, or housekeeping.
• Driver’s license and ability to operate cleaning equipment are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Park Services team and other departments as assigned.
• Lead by example and uphold Water Country’s core values.
• Mentor and coach team members; participate in hiring and performance coaching.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and local regulations; backfill as needed.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and sign-in documentation.
• Audit cleanliness and safety, and manage guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain supplies and address safety hazards; enforce park standards.
