Job summary

Extended Stay America in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking an energetic Housekeeper to clean guest rooms according to our guidelines, ensuring a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay for guests. You will maintain housekeeping carts and laundry areas, restock as needed, report maintenance issues, assist guests with requests when possible, and complete required training.

Ability to communicate with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates.
Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard while in use.
Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed and directed by management.
Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
Reports remaining guest property in check-out rooms to the front desk and manager on duty.
Assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests when possible.
Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
Completes all required Extended Stay University training.
