Job summary

Extended Stay America in the United States is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay for every guest. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a positive guest-focused attitude.

You will maintain carts and laundry areas to standard, assist with related hotel duties as needed, respond to guest requests when possible, and complete all required Extended Stay University training

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, rooms, and laundry areas to standard.
• Stock carts and rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk or manager.
• Addresses guest requests when possible.
• Adheres to safety and security policies.
• Completes Extended Stay University training.
