Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per standards.
• Maintains carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in checkout rooms to front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and accommodates requests when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes required Extended Stay University training.
