Extended Stay America is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures, ensuring a high level of guest experience.

The role requires a strong commitment to guest service, adherence to safety policies, and completion of Extended Stay University training. This on-site position offers a roster of duties across hotel areas and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with the manager and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Report remaining guest property in check-out rooms to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist guests and provide reasonable accommodations when possible.
