Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member to join our Operations team at the Mauldin park. You will help deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple stations, from front desk to café, greeter, and party roles.

Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays helps our busy periods. As a frontline team member, you’ll follow safety procedures, support guest flow, maintain cleanliness, and communicate professionally with guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety at the Court Monitor station.
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance at Greeter/ Park Support.
• Lead birthday parties and group events at Party Host/Coordinator stations.
