Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member to join the Operations team onsite at our park. You’ll rotate through stations, delivering a safe, engaging guest experience while upholding park safety and cleanliness standards.

Expect to collaborate with teammates, stay adaptable, and help manage guest flow and service during peak times. Prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required; we value reliability, coachability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
