Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking Crew Members for part-time roles at our park. You will deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple stations and support operations such as front desk, café, party events, and court monitoring.

Ideal candidates are 16+, available evenings, weekends, and holidays; no formal education required, and customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. You will join a fast-paced team focused on safety, reliability, and memorable guest moments.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Assist with various stations as needed (Court Monitor, FOH, BOH, Front Desk).
• Provide friendly guest service and teamwork throughout shifts.
