Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team. The role focuses on delivering luxury-level service and seamlessly assisting guests during arrival and departure in a high-desert, scenic setting.

We seek a candidate with at least 1 year of bell attendant or valet experience in a luxury hotel, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to lift and move luggage as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality during arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure bags reach the correct room.
• Monitor resort entrance and coordinate door access for guests.
• Support the front drive quality, flow and cleanliness.
• Complete deliveries and pickups to/from guest rooms and hotel packages.
• Ensure assigned vehicles are clean and ready at the start of each shift.
• Provide safe and friendly transportation to local destinations.

What would you bring to the table

• 1+ years of experience as a bell attendant/valet in a luxury hotel setting preferred.
• United States driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule—availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Job responsibilities

• Use your genuine and authentic personality to create an exceptional experience during arrival and departure for all guests.
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring bags are delivered accurately and promptly to the correct room.
• Maintain awareness and presence at the resort entrance, coordinating door access for guests entering and exiting the lobby.
• Support the quality, flow, and cleanliness of the front drive.
• Complete deliveries and pickups to and from guest rooms, transporting guest and hotel packages as needed.
• Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready at the start of each shift.
• Provide safe and friendly transportation for guests to and from designated local destinations.
