lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and product education in our retail store. You will engage guests, share product knowledge, and speak authentically about our community and culture, contributing to an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining premium store presentation, assisting with omnichannel guest solutions, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest service and educate guests on lululemon products.
• Engage with team members to ensure a positive and inclusive store environment.
• Perform product presentation, restock, and in-store logistics to maintain luxury storefront aesthetics.
• Operate in-store technology to support customer experiences and store operations.
• Maintain safety and store policies, and contribute to a clean, well-organized store.
