Responsabilités

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and efficient service.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by explaining value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store) accurately.
• Move on the sales floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Act on guest feedback with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and build productive relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation, restock, and inventory relocation per standards.
• Utilize in-store technology to support operations and guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
