Responsibilities

• Greets guests, assists with seating, and presents menus.

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitization at all times.
• Handles transactions at the cash register and tallies daily sales.
• Resolves guest concerns with good judgment and Escalates to management when needed.
• Writes and submits tickets to the kitchen/bar accurately and promptly.
